If you still don't know what "sauce" means, it's a popular way to ask for the source. When someone posts a screenshot from an anime or manga on Facebook and other social media platforms, people who haven't watched or read the content might ask for the title.

The boring way of saying this is, "what's the title of the anime."

Or it could be as dull as, "can you let me know of the source."
